Our Booking Policy
All clients booking services of a $50+ value will be required to make a $50 non-refundable deposit in order to secure their appointment. If appointments need to be canceled/rescheduled, this must be done so with a 48+ hour notice in order to keep the deposit as in-store credit for the rescheduled service, or for other service(s) products of choice. Last minute cancellations and no-call no-showed appointments will forfeit their deposits, and will be politely asked to make a new $50 deposit in order to reschedule their service.
This policy has been imposed in order to compensate our hard working staff who take time and energy out of their day to honor and prepare for each and every appointment.
